Centering Thought: I am overwhelmed. I allow my emotions to run wild too much. Today I care for my insides better.
I am someone ruled by my emotions. It doesn’t help my moon is in Aquarius, which puts me as an outsider a lot. I don’t want to get into astrology but I see my reactions to things lately as being very big in all directions. It has been clear to me, my practice hasn’t helped with mindfulness and ending this cycles as I thought but that isn’t a horrible thing. I’ve been working on it and while this route hasn’t been as successful in this area, so many other things have work.
As you go through your day, consider the centering thought. Today I am working on tailoring my practice to address the holes in it.
